Privacy policy

Scope

This policy covers the UNMARKED prelaunch website at unmarkedfits.com and its redirected domains. The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. It is not an operational online shop and does not collect orders, payment-card information, delivery addresses, or account passwords.

Information saved on your device

• Bag: product identifiers, selected sizes, and quantities.
• Interest draft: the email address you enter and the time you save it.
• Contact draft: the name, email address, and message you enter.

These entries use this website’s browser storage on the device and browser where you save them. The site does not submit them to UNMARKED, a marketing provider, or a contact service. They are used only to remember your preview choices and drafts. Saving interest is not a marketing subscription, and saving a message does not deliver it.

Information processed when you visit

Your browser sends requests to Cloudflare to load the website and images. Hosting and security processing may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/device information, and traffic or security information. This processing delivers and protects the site and may provide operational traffic information.

Cloudflare is our hosting, content-delivery, and security provider. Its processing can take place on its global network. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Clearing a browser draft does not delete provider-held traffic or security records.

Sharing, advertising, and tracking

The current site has no connected advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, social-media embeds, third-party fonts, or payment services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting/security processing described above still occurs; “no advertising tracking” does not mean that no information is processed.

The current site does not track your activity across other websites. Its behavior is the same with or without a browser Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control signal: no sale, cross-context advertising sharing, or optional tracking is enabled. There is no sale/sharing opt-out to activate for the present site. We will reassess these disclosures and any required consent or opt-out controls before adding tracking or other services.

Storage and retention

Browser drafts and bag selections remain until you clear them, clear this site’s browser data, or your browser removes them. They have no automatic expiry. The current site keeps no separate server-side copy of those drafts. Hosting/security records follow the provider’s applicable service settings and policies; we do not promise a fixed retention period for those records.

Do not enter payment details, sensitive information, or someone else’s information in a draft. People who can use the same browser profile may be able to access its saved data.

Your choices and deletion

You can browse without filling either draft form. To replace a draft, save a new one. To remove all three types of saved preview data, use the button below, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. This affects the current browser and domain only, not another device or previously used preview domain. It does not erase Cloudflare-held records or information you have sent outside this website.

No online privacy-request inbox is connected yet. The Contact page does not deliver requests; the seller’s public contact channel must be established before customer information is collected through live forms or checkout. Rights under applicable privacy laws are not waived by this policy.

Children

This is a general-audience clothing preview, not a service directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not enter personal information in the draft forms. No children’s account or purchasing service is provided.

Policy changes

The effective date above identifies this policy version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website, and data-handling notices will be updated before live checkout, message delivery, mailing-list collection, or optional tracking is introduced. See also the Cookie & storage notice.
