UNMARKED plans to offer a 90-day limited shirt warranty when sales begin. This website does not yet accept orders or create warranty claims. The complete warranty, including the legal warrantor and its address, will be available before purchase.
Planned product and coverage
The planned warranty applies to the Signature Tee and covers shirt damage for reasons other than customer-caused damage. The Signature Dress is not included. This is not an accidental-damage protection plan.
The final policy will explain coverage and customer-caused damage clearly. No separate exclusion for ordinary wear or restriction to manufacturing defects only has been approved in this preview.
Duration and service
The planned coverage period is 90 days. The date that starts that period, how to make a claim, available repair/replacement/refund remedies, any shipping responsibilities or costs, and service timing will be stated in the final written warranty before checkout opens. A support channel and claim-handling process must be available when sales begin.
Separate from returns
The 15-day refund window and damaged-on-arrival exchange policy are separate from this planned warranty. A covered shirt problem is not automatically excluded merely because the shirt has been worn or because the 15-day voluntary refund window has ended.
Your legal rights
The final warranty will be additional to rights provided by applicable law. Nothing on this page disclaims implied warranties or limits mandatory remedies to 90 days. A written warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Getting the final terms
The complete written warranty will be linked from the shirt product page and available before purchase, with an appropriate non-internet method to obtain a copy. The Contact page currently saves drafts only; it does not deliver a claim or a request for terms. Do not send garments to a hosting-provider or domain-registration address.
