About this website

UNMARKED is developing its first clothing collection. These terms cover this website at unmarkedfits.com and its redirected domains. The site is a product-development preview, not an operational online shop. Our legal trading identity and public customer-support details will be published before sales begin.

No orders or payments

Adding an item to your bag or reviewing a selection does not place an order, reserve inventory, or create a purchase contract. There is no checkout, payment collection, preorder, subscription purchase, or recurring charge on this site.

Dollar amounts are illustrative USD prices, not offers to sell. Shipping and tax are not calculated. Product specifications, sizes, availability, packaging, and pricing remain in development.

Product images and descriptions

Product and campaign images include AI-generated and AI-enhanced development imagery. They illustrate the design direction, not photographs of approved production garments. Color, fit, fabric, construction, and packaging may differ from the final products. Development fabric targets and proposed size guides are not verified production specifications.

Using the site

You may browse for personal use. Do not attempt to compromise the site, introduce malicious code, misuse someone else’s information, or copy site materials in a way that infringes applicable rights. UNMARKED site materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing here grants ownership of them or restricts uses allowed by law.

Saved information

The bag, interest form, and message-draft form store information on your device only; the forms do not send messages or enroll you in a mailing list. See our Privacy policy and Cookie & storage notice for hosting information and deletion controls.

Future sales and your rights

Before accepting orders, we will publish the seller’s details, confirmed product information, full pricing, delivery terms, and complete return/refund conditions at the point of purchase. See the Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy, and planned 90-day limited shirt warranty. The shirt warranty does not apply to the Signature Dress. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these website terms as the project develops. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. Our Contact page currently saves a draft only; a live support channel is not yet connected.
